ES4 Modding Contest 2006-2007

Starting now I am accepting mods for contest entries. The contest is to see who can create the "best" mod. The "best" mod will be determined by a poll that will start January 1, 2007. The poll will last 2-4 weeks to allow time for people to download and play the mods.
Contest Rules 1.) All entries must be in downloadable form. -Meaning that I should not see any code on any post. -If I do see any code I will have the post deleted. -If you need to host your file and do not know how or where, send me a private message either with your code posted in it or making arrangements to send me the code via e-mail. 2.) When posting a mod notify me of it. -I will probably see the post any ways but just in case I don't I would like to know its there so that I may give you credit for it and post a link to it in the main post. -If you do not wish to post the mod yourself and have it hosted already send me the URL so that I may post it in the main post. 3.) Please no "simulation" mods. -The reason for this contest in the first place to encourage modders to make some cool very interactive mods and to get away from the "simulation" type mods. -If you do post a "simulation" mod please be sure that it is very interactive such as the zoo one described above. -I will be checking each mod any ways, so if I feel that its not right for this I will have the post deleted. (Sorry) 4.) You may post as many entries as you wish. -If you post more than 1 mod please make sure it is a new mod and not an update. -If it just an update please do not post it in a new post, change the URL address in the existing post and notify my me so I may do the same. 5.) All entries must me received by December 31, 2006. -No entries will be accepted after that time. 6.) Nominations for mods will be accepted starting January 1,2007. -January 1, 2007 is when you may start nominating people and their mods for the final voting. -This will last 1-2 weeks based on how many entries there are. 7.) Finals -After the nomination period people will vote for their favorite out of the finalist. -Number of finalist is yet to be decided.(All depends on how many were nominated.) -For the final voting there will be a pole posted to vote on. 8.) Awards -As of right now there will be a 1st and 2nd place prize. -1st place: HAHA wouldn't all of you like to know, trust me it will be well worth your time to try your best and get 1st, seriously trust me you will all love it. -1st place: Will be a secret for the time being and will be announced later on at the end. -2nd place: For second place I will personally host your mod and put a link to it in my sig. -2nd place: Currently Coolant and grif392 are also willing to host the second place mod link in their sigs -2nd place: I may be able to get one other moderator to do the same. -3rd place: Not sure yet... if you have any idea please private message them to me, please to not post it.
