I use My Xbox Avatar as my Avatar, somehow I got it latch onto the URL address of the picture so When ever I change my avatar and take a picture of him, the picture changes here as well.

I really got no idea how I did it...

Its the HTML code. It refers to an address that (i assume) is your most recent photo. So rather than saving it as www.xboxpics.com/avatarphotos/pic01
it saves it as
www.xboxpics.com/avatarphotos/recentpic
And no, that probably isnt the real URL guys.
